Art emanates from a much higher super-conscious sphere than science. When revealed in the world, science must immerse itself in the conscious intellect in order to be understood. Art always maintains its connection to the unconscious. In fact, the more subtle the connection to the mysterious and intangible strata of the soul, the greater the work of art becomes. Science deals in clear and precise terms, while art reveals the more indefinable awareness of G-d's grace in the soul..
The oil painting shown below is by the Israeli artist, Tuvia Katz, and it is entitled "Creation". This oil painting is a tryptich by Tuvia Katz entitled "Jerusalem awaiting redemption" The streets of Jerusalem are represented in the center of the picture, The temple building, ready to enter the city upon redemption, is seen in the upper right.

The
firmament only served to separate between the two types of wisdom, the letter (vav) is the Hebrew conjunction ‘and’. It
thus serves to bring the two waters back together again into a unified
whole of human knowledge, fostering growth and respect between the Divine and
the mundane.
Thus the
Foundation’s logo symbolizes the unification of the higher and lower waters; revealed and scientific wisdom.
