Torah Science
The science of Torah.
For generations, the Jewish people have kept the 613 commandments prescribed by the Torah and studied the Divine wisdom received at Mount Sinai. About 300 years ago, a new dimension of Judaism was born with Hassidism. Drawing on the mystical insights of the Kabbalah, Hasidic philosophy gives us the inner wisdom of Torah, formalized in conceptual models that render it as the science of Torah.
The modern field of science studies offers a chance to redefine the relationship between science and Torah. Modern Jewish thought, especially as elaborated in Kabbalah and Hassidut, offers new insights into the nature of science and directions for its further development
